This policy covers livmora.com, operated by Livmora Solutions Inc. in Victoria, British Columbia. It follows the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Our founder is responsible for it. If you have a question about it, use the contact form.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into a form on this site.
- Contact form: your name, email address, subject, and message.
- Technology audit: your name, work email, company name, industry, annual revenue range, estimated technology spend, and the pain point you describe.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, to run and secure the site. We count page visits from those logs with Netlify Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your message.
- To calculate your audit result and email it to you, which you agree to when you submit the audit.
- To follow up about your enquiry or audit. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent your information.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run the site. Each receives only the information it needs.
- Netlify hosts the site, receives contact form submissions, and counts page visits.
- Supabase stores audit submissions.
- Resend sends the audit results email.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.
These providers may store and process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it is subject to the laws of that country.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages and audit submissions for up to two years after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep the records our contract and tax obligations require.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Send the request through the contact form.
How we protect it
Submissions travel over an encrypted connection. Access to stored submissions is limited to Livmora staff who need it to respond to you.
