For growing teams

What we can build for you.

AI agents, automations, and integrations for teams that lose hours each week to repetitive work.

How we start

Every project begins with a conversation

We sit down with your team to learn how the business runs day to day and where the hours go. Then we recommend what to build first. That might be a new tool built from scratch, better use of software you already pay for, or a mix of both. Looking for a website for a local business instead? See websites for local businesses.

Process

How we work

Five stages, from the first conversation to a system your team uses every day

01

Discover

We shadow the team, map workflows, and review your data and tools to find where AI fits.

02

Plan

We agree on what to build, how we will measure success, and a timeline you can plan around.

03

Build

We develop the agents and automations, connect them to your existing tools, and test as we go.

04

Launch

We put the system into use, train your team, and hand over documentation so you can run it from day one.

05

Support Optional

Ongoing monitoring, tuning, and new uses as your business grows and priorities shift.

These are examples of what we often build. Most projects combine a few of them, or start from something specific to your workflow.

Data & process automation

CRM integration

Customer records that stay consistent across your customer relationship management (CRM) system, email, and other customer-facing tools.

Email triage

AI that reads incoming email, sorts it, and drafts replies or alerts the right staff member.

Documents from one form

Quote requests, customs paperwork, and other repeat documents filled from a single entry, then sent or saved without retyping.

Finance & operations

Account reconciliation

Monthly matching between your operational and accounting systems, with only the exceptions left for your team to resolve.

Inventory reconciliation

Stock figures that agree across your store, inventory system, and books, with the cause of each gap found and fixed.

Process documentation

Written procedures and diagrams that show who does each step and in what order, so the work runs the same way every time.

Analytics & reporting

Data analysis & reporting

Tools that read your spreadsheets and databases, spot trends, and build summary reports.

Dashboards

Interactive charts that bring figures from several sources into one view, with separate views for each role.

Customer analytics

Recommendations for the next step with each customer, such as a follow-up, a promotion, or a reorder reminder, based on purchase history.

Web platforms & content

Custom web applications

Web applications built around a specific business process, pulling data from the platforms you already use so your team has one place to work.

Instant estimators

Calculators on your website that price a job from a customer's answers and send you the lead.

Business websites

Websites with lead capture and integrations built in. For a site for a local business, see our websites.

Knowledge management

AI-ready knowledge setup

Hands-on help organizing your folders, files, and internal notes so the AI tools you use give accurate answers: how to structure information, what to write down, and where to put it.

Document search

Systems that let staff ask questions of your internal documents and get answers with the source attached.

Meeting notes & action items

Meetings, interviews, and calls turned into searchable summaries, with decisions recorded and action items sent to the right people. See Awdon, our product for this.

Questions

Common questions

What kind of projects do you take on?

Work that takes your team time every week and follows a pattern: sorting and answering email, filling the same documents again and again, reconciling records between systems, building reports, finding information in internal documents, and custom web platforms that bring your data into one place. If you are not sure whether something fits, ask and we will tell you plainly.

How does a project start?

With a conversation, then the Discover stage. We spend time with your team, map how the work flows, and review your tools and data. You get a recommendation for what to build first, and a quote, before any build work begins.

Will it work with the software we already use?

Usually, yes. We connect to the tools you already have, such as email, your customer relationship management (CRM) system, spreadsheets, and accounting software, wherever they allow it. We confirm what each tool supports during Discover, before you commit to a build.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Once a project is paid in full, the software, designs, and documentation we built for you are yours. General-purpose building blocks we reuse across projects stay ours, and you keep the right to use them as part of your system.

How do you handle our data?

As confidential. We use your information only to do the work and protect it with reasonable care. These terms are written into every agreement we sign.

What happens after launch?

We train your team and hand over documentation, so you can run the system yourselves from day one. If you want us to keep monitoring and improving it, the optional Support stage covers that month to month.

Do you only work with businesses in Victoria?

No. We are based in Victoria and work with clients across British Columbia, in person or remotely.
