Things we've built.

Core Landscape Products ships pallets of ground-reinforcement grid across North America, and every shipment meant typing the same details into quote emails and customs forms. A quote tool now turns one shipment entry into quote requests for each carrier, suggesting the carrier that fits the route from rules drawn from approximately 400 past shipments. A companion tool fills both US customs documents from the same details.

On the storefront, an instant estimator prices a job from the install type: it picks the compatible grids, works out packaging and freight to Canada or the US, and captures the lead. Behind the store, the work includes reconciling inventory between Shopify, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books, and writing the operations procedures that keep those records consistent.

Teams work out the decisions, owners, and progress out loud in a meeting, then somebody types it all into a board, and again into whatever shape the client or sponsor asks for. Awdon takes the record from the meetings a team already holds and carries the tasks, decisions, and owners forward on its own.

Meetings come in from Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet. From each one, Awdon prepares the documents and messages the team's process calls for, in the team's own templates, and fills in the timesheet from the work itself. The project manager approves anything before it leaves the workspace. We built it with a partner in 2026 for small software agencies that run several client projects at once, and the site stays live as a working demo.

Trades and construction owners lose evenings to quotes, invoices, and email, and most have never seen what the AI tools they already pay for can take off their plate. Built To Scale was one afternoon in Victoria where they set those tools up on their own laptops. On October 29, 2026, 16 guests from 11 Vancouver Island businesses took part. We co-produced it with Aurisen Solutions, and Tenmil sponsored it.

We built the event site, with tickets sold through Stripe across five group passes and one switch to close checkout or mark the event sold out. On the day, we built a quote estimator and a payment chaser live in front of the room, ran one of the three workshop rooms, and handed each guest the files to reuse at home.

An AI-agent network for drug repurposing and cancer drug discovery. The system identifies protein targets and simulates molecular docking to predict binding poses, helping researchers explore treatment options faster.

A React web dashboard for patient-generated health data. It shows metrics like blood pressure, glucose, sleep, activity, and symptoms through interactive charts, with separate views for patients, physicians, and administrators. A Python script generates synthetic patient data to populate the dashboard for testing and demos.
